Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is facing imminent eviction from Royal Lodge, with removal vans spotted at the property today, coinciding with workmen seen at a residence where he is reportedly relocating. The large trucks were observed at the 30-room Windsor mansion in the morning, while workers were photographed at a home in Sandringham.

Reports suggest that Andrew’s transition from Windsor to the King’s private estate in Norfolk may occur by the end of the month due to recent revelations about his ties to billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Following public outcry over Andrew’s minimal rent for the spacious property, he is expected to move to Sandringham estate, particularly to Marsh Farm, which is currently undergoing renovations in preparation for his arrival.

Today, workers from Sky were seen at Marsh Farm setting up what appears to be Sky Broadband in anticipation of Andrew’s relocation. The property, situated approximately seven miles from Sandringham House, now falls under a no-fly zone that includes the royal estate.

Although the new residence, which requires significant refurbishment, is speculated to be Andrew’s future home, Buckingham Palace has not confirmed this information.

In October, the King formally removed Andrew’s HRH style, prince title, and dukedom from the Peerage Roll due to what was described as “serious lapses” in judgment. This action followed the release of a posthumous memoir by Virginia Giuffre, who accused Andrew of misconduct, and the disclosure of documents from Epstein’s estate indicating ongoing contact between Andrew and the sex offender.

Notably, Andrew’s ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, will not be joining him at the new residence. Ferguson, who had been residing with Andrew at Royal Lodge despite their divorce decades ago, is reportedly exploring housing options in Windsor or considering a relocation closer to their daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

A source revealed that Andrew is eager to move forward with his life and will be starting afresh at the new property before his upcoming birthday in February. This decision marks a significant change as Andrew and Sarah will lead separate lives after nearly two decades of shared living.
