Jesse Wood recently disclosed that he is facing financial challenges, living on a tight budget of around £1,000 after his separation from Fearne Cotton. The 49-year-old musician, who is the son of renowned music icon Ronnie Wood, appeared in court for speeding violations.
During the court proceedings, Jesse expressed his difficulties in securing employment since his split over a year ago and mentioned relying on his savings for sustenance. The incident leading to his court appearance occurred when he was caught driving at 27mph in a 20mph zone in West London in April of the previous year.
Jesse, who has two children with Fearne named Rex and Honey, in addition to two older children from a previous relationship, shared his struggle with finding paid work with the court. He regretted his actions, admitting fault for the fourth time he was caught speeding. The prosecutor informed the court about the specifics of the incident, highlighting previous speeding offenses that Jesse had accumulated within the past year.
As a result of the recent speeding violation, Jesse received a six-month driving ban and was given three penalty points. The fines and costs amounted to an initial sum of £255, with a reduced amount of £89 due to his guilty plea. Additionally, he was ordered to pay a surcharge of £36 and contribute £130 towards court expenses.
In other aspects of his life, Jesse has moved on romantically and is currently dating Gemma Gregory, a former Made In Chelsea star. Their relationship became public in April 2025, showing promising developments. This relationship follows Jesse’s split from Fearne, ending their 10-year marriage in December 2024.
Fearne, on the other hand, has also embarked on a new relationship with Rivals director Elliot Hegarty, aged 53, with the couple spotted sharing a kiss in Soho in the previous February. She announced their separation via her Instagram Stories, emphasizing the importance of privacy for their family during this period.
