Fourth-ranked Canadian tennis player Felix Auger-Aliassime will lead the Canadian team in the upcoming Davis Cup qualifiers in Quebec City next month. Alongside him will be Gabriel Diallo from Montreal, Liam Draxl from Newmarket, Ontario, and Duncan Chan from Markham, Ontario. The Canadian team, ranked 12th, is set to face off against sixth-ranked France in a crucial best-of-five tie at the Videotron Centre. The victorious team will secure a spot in the 2026 Davis Cup Finals scheduled for November. Canada secured a hard-fought 3-2 victory over Brazil in the first round of qualifiers earlier this year, while France advanced by defeating Slovakia with a 3-1 win.
