Attention fans of the popular TV series “Heated Rivalry”: The Straw + Berry is not serving smoothies to you at the moment. This is not the time for you to visit the cottage either. Please refrain from doing so until Season 2 of “Heated Rivalry” completes its filming.
Jacob Tierney, the director, has kindly requested space for the cast and crew of the beloved show as they work on Season 2. The message was shared on the official Instagram account of “Heated Rivalry” and was directed towards the show’s devoted fans. It urged fans to respect the filming locations and give the cast and crew the necessary space to excel in their work.
The filming of “Heated Rivalry” Season 2 is mainly taking place in Toronto and Montreal, as reported by industry website Production List. Additionally, the crew might revisit some familiar spots in Hamilton, Ontario. Fans have already demonstrated their eagerness to catch glimpses of the show’s stars, Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie.
Recently, Williams and Storrie were spotted walking together in downtown Toronto, sparking excitement among fans. Williams caused a stir when he was seen carrying a Canadian Tire reusable bag, leading to a frenzy of shopping trips to the store.
The queer hockey romance series, which premiered in late 2025, garnered a massive following for Williams and Storrie globally, elevating them to a level of fame uncommon for Canadian TV stars. Both actors have been cautious in setting boundaries with fans and paparazzi alike.
In a recent incident, Williams was involved in a tense confrontation with alleged autograph sellers in Paris who had followed him and his team to their accommodation. Meanwhile, in Toronto, attention is also drawn to Sarah Polley’s film adaptation of “The Bell Jar,” featuring pop star Billie Eilish, which is meant to have a closed set.
Despite efforts to maintain privacy, photos from the set have surfaced on social media, with some appearing to be taken by paparazzi and others by fans. As of now, there has been no public request from the director or the film’s official channels for space and privacy.
