Stacey Solomon faced a setback just before the National Television Awards kicked off. The popular Loose Women panelist, known for her start on The X Factor, received nominations for Best TV Presenter and Factual Entertainment for Sort Your Life Out and Stacey Joe.

Despite these notable nominations, odds suggest she is the underdog in the Best TV Presenter category. Competing against well-loved hosts like Ant and Dec, Alison Hammond, Claudia Winkleman, and Gary Lineker, the bookies favor the perennial winners Ant and Dec to clinch the award once again.

Bookmakers have set Ant and Dec as strong favorites at 1/5 to secure their 22nd consecutive win at the awards. Claudia Winkleman follows at 4/1, with Alison Hammond at 5/1 in the betting odds.

Ant and Dec are also favored to win the Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award for their show Saturday Night Takeaway, with odds of 1/5, ahead of The Graham Norton Show at 3/1 and I’m A Celebrity at 7/2.

Lee Astley from betideas.com stated that Ant and Dec are expected to continue their winning streak at the NTAs this year. The duo is heavily favored to take home two awards for Best TV Presenter and the Bruce Forsyth Award.

Meanwhile, Stacey, up for Best Presenter at the prestigious event, expressed gratitude for the nomination. Despite past disappointments, she shared her excitement for the evening, preparing for the event with her family.

Stacey’s positive outlook was evident as she thanked her supporters for the nomination and expressed her appreciation for the special moment. She emphasized the significance of the fans’ votes and the joy of sharing the experience with her loved ones.
