The renowned Red Arrows will showcase their precision flying skills with a flypast over a section of London en route to an airshow on Guernsey tomorrow. Flying in their Hawk T1 jets, the team of nine elite pilots will soar over Woolwich Barracks on Wednesday. Spectators in other areas can also catch a glimpse as the team departs from near Lincoln, passing through the East Midlands before reaching London for the flypast.

Established in 1965, the Red Arrows are easily recognizable by their Diamond Nine formation. The team has captivated audiences worldwide with their aerobatic displays. Taking off from RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire at 9:36 am, the Red Arrows will navigate southward, passing over Peterborough and Harlow before the London flypast. Their journey will then continue over Sussex, culminating in a grand performance at the Guernsey Air Display 2025 at 6:36 pm.

For those in London hoping to catch a glimpse of the display, the Red Arrows will be visible over Valentines Park in Ilford at 9:59 am and Woolwich Barracks at 10 am, according to an online flight plan referred to as a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM). These notices provide coordinates, place names, and timings to outline the expected flight path of the Red Arrows. However, it is important to note that these plans are subject to change or cancellation on short notice due to factors like weather conditions or operational requirements.

The Red Arrows will conclude their 2025 Flying Season with a farewell display on October 4 at the former RAF site in Duxford, commemorating the successful flying events of the squad throughout the year.
