Andrew Mountbatten Windsor is gearing up to celebrate his upcoming birthday next month, but prior to that, he is on the brink of a significant personal transition. The former Prince is preparing to vacate his current residence at Royal Lodge before his 66th birthday on February 19, aiming to embark on a fresh start, as per a close acquaintance.

Andrew is slated to relocate to Marsh Farm on the King’s Sandringham estate, although the property requires some refurbishments. Consequently, he will temporarily move to a nearby residence until the necessary work is finalized.

Recent observations show workers actively engaged at Marsh Farm, where substantial six-foot wooden fences have been installed for privacy and security, in preparation for the disgraced Duke’s occupancy. The relocation is anticipated to take place around Easter once the renovations are concluded.

A source from the Palace informed the Sun that despite weather challenges, progress on Marsh Farm has not been impeded, but substantial attention is still required to make it suitable for habitation. The property, however, is notably smaller and less opulent compared to Royal Lodge.

Meanwhile, a friend revealed that Andrew is embracing the change, expressing, “He’s finally decided he needs to get on with his life and is moving out sooner than anticipated to start anew by the end of the month, or at least before his birthday in February. He and Sarah will be going their separate ways for the first time in nearly two decades.”

Sarah, who has resided with her ex-husband since 2008 despite their divorce in 1996, is currently exploring options in the Windsor area for her next residence, aiming to remain in the familiar neighborhood she has called home for many years.

Reportedly, both of her daughters have extended offers for her accommodation, with Beatrice providing Fergie access to a converted cattle shed as a “granny annex” in her lavish Cotswolds property, and Eugenie setting aside a “grand suite” in their luxurious seafront mansion in Portugal for Sarah.

Known for her ability to reinvent herself and navigate through scandals, Sarah’s future moves remain uncertain. Author Andrew Lownie, who penned a critical biography of Andrew and Sarah titled “Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York,” highlighted Fergie’s knack for reinvention, emphasizing her tendency to portray herself as a victim, a strategy that resonates particularly well in the United States.
