The emergence of two recently revealed photos from Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan residence has reignited a persistent query surrounding the involvement of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor with the convicted sex offender.
These images, unveiled by the United States Department of Justice (DoJ) as part of the extensive disclosure under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, depict a man resembling the former Duke of York inside Epstein’s New York townhouse.
In the initial picture, a man in a blue shirt and grey hooded jacket is seated with a blonde woman on his lap. The subsequent image shows the same smiling man in what seems to be the same room, accompanied by another young woman with her arms around his neck.
The individual in the photos bears a resemblance to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. Although the images are small, grainy, and low-quality, the identity of the person captured has not been officially verified.
The redaction of the women’s faces by US officials in the photographs adds to the perturbation. This particular detail holds significance as it indicates that the women depicted are believed to be victims of Jeffrey Epstein, according to investigators.
The pictures appear to have been taken in the dining area of Epstein’s Manhattan residence, which the FBI asserts operated as the hub of a sex-trafficking scheme involving young females. This is the same location where Mountbatten-Windsor opted to stay.
The newly surfaced images are among approximately 180,000 photos released by the US Government, once again prompting the lingering question regarding the purpose of his presence there.
Mountbatten-Windsor, now 66, has not refuted his visits to Epstein’s Manhattan mansion. He acknowledged spending a week there in December 2010, a visit he tried to justify during a fateful BBC Newsnight interview nine years later.
The ex-prince claimed he traveled to New York to bid farewell to Epstein after the latter’s release from prison for soliciting a minor for prostitution, citing a sense of honor as his motivation.
However, the explanation, even at the time, appeared dubious. The correspondence released by the DoJ further complicates the defense of his actions.
Email exchanges indicate social interactions during the visit and continued contact afterwards, with Epstein introducing Mountbatten-Windsor to women post-conviction.
The evidence suggests a pattern of introductions to young women, including proposals for social gatherings involving them, portraying a concerning narrative with each new revelation linked to Mountbatten-Windsor.
His association with Epstein appears not to be a brief encounter but a sustained social connection with a known criminal, as indicated by the accumulating documentation.
Each additional piece of evidence contributes to a troubling portrayal, and the latest images imply that, contrary to claims, Mountbatten-Windsor was deeply intertwined in Epstein’s world.
