The National Television Awards, a prominent event in British television, celebrated outstanding shows that premiered in the past year. Celebrities like Stephen Graham, Brenda Blethyn, and Ant and Dec graced the O2 Arena for the ceremony hosted by Joel Dommett.

The awards ceremony featured intense competition across various categories, with Adolescence winning accolades for New Drama and Drama Performance. Owen Cooper made history as the youngest recipient of an award.

In a twist, Strictly Come Dancing clinched the Talent Show prize, although its professional stars were absent as they filmed the 2025 Strictly launch show at Elstree Studios.

Amid stiff rivalry among popular shows, winners were announced throughout the evening, with accolades going to Michael McIntyre’s Big Show, Clarkson’s Farm, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, Steve McFadden for his role as Phil Mitchell in EastEnders, Gary Lineker, Gavin & Stacey, This Morning, The 1% Club, Owen Cooper for Adolescence, Wallace & Gromit, Molly-Mae: Behind It All, Adolescence, Strictly Come Dancing, and EastEnders.
