The testament of the late James Whale reportedly designates a significant portion of his assets to his wife Nadine Talbot-Brown. This revelation follows the recent passing of the renowned presenter at the age of 74, after a recurrence of cancer.

James Whale, known for his contributions to TalkTV, TalkRadio, and various other radio platforms, passed away on August 4, prompting an outpouring of tributes from the industry and fans alike.

It has emerged that he allocated the majority of his estate to his spouse Nadine, whom he wed in 2021. Additionally, provisions were made for his children Peter and James from his previous marriage to Melinda Maxted, who passed away in 2018.

According to The Sun, the High Court finalized James’ estate just weeks after his demise, revealing a total worth of £715,000. After deductions for taxes and debts, the net value decreased to £517,200, with a tax-exempt sum of £75,000 designated for his children.

The Sun also reported that James expressed his funeral wishes in the will, signed in April the previous year, outlining a request for burial.

James Whale’s death, as announced last month, was confirmed by his wife Nadine, describing his passing as peaceful. The presenter had battled kidney cancer since 2000, undergoing surgery and later facing a renewed diagnosis in 2020, which proved to be terminal.

Following his demise, tributes poured in for James on social media platforms, with TalkTV honoring his legacy and contributions to broadcasting. His involvement in raising awareness for kidney cancer through organizations like Kidney Cancer UK was also highlighted.
