Jessie J recently discussed a past feud with a prominent pop star, describing it as unexpected. The 37-year-old singer chose to address the issue publicly, revealing details of the conflict that had been kept private until now.

During a radio interview on KISS FM, Jessie, who is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer, revealed that the unnamed pop star had publicly criticized her, referring to her as a “d***head.” While the host clarified that the star had actually called Jessie “overrated,” the incident clearly left an impact on Jessie.

The singer recounted how the pop star had mentioned her in a list of celebrities she found difficult to work with, alongside Geri Haliwell and James Corden. It was later revealed that the pop star in question was Mel B, who had made similar remarks about Jessie in the past.

Mel B had previously labeled Jessie as “overrated” during a radio show in 2019, prompting Jessie to respond by sharing a video of herself performing with a playful caption mocking Mel B’s comment.

The reasons behind the feud between Jessie J and Mel B remain unclear, but this ongoing tension between the two stars has been evident through various public interactions over the years.
