A well-known personality from the popular TV show “Gogglebox” bravely battled and triumphed over cancer, describing it as a life-altering experience. Tremaine Plummer, who joined the Channel 4 series in 2016 alongside his brothers Twaine and Tristan, quickly became a fan favorite with their humor and unique perspectives on television highlights.

Apart from their TV appearances, Tremaine, the eldest sibling, hosts a breakfast radio show on Bristol’s Ujima FM. Tristan, on the other hand, had a successful career in professional football along with his brother Twaine. However, Tremaine faced a challenging period a few years ago when he was diagnosed with bowel cancer.

In 2020, Tremaine marked five years of being cancer-free and shared a heartfelt message on Instagram along with a picture from his hospital bed post-surgery. Reflecting on his journey, he expressed gratitude for the positive outcome despite the initial hardship, emphasizing the transformative impact the experience had on his perspective towards life.

As for their personal lives, Tristan is a devoted father to a son and a daughter, while Twaine is a loving dad to a son. Unfortunately, the brothers experienced a profound loss in 2021 when both their parents passed away. Tristan paid tribute to his late mother with a poignant message on August 10, 2021.

The latest season of “Gogglebox” series 26 airs on Friday at 9 pm on Channel 4.
