Originally aiming to land a summer engineering position to enhance her resume, Grace unexpectedly found herself employed at a horseback trail riding establishment in Banff National Park. While this opportunity was a deviation from her planned career path, her childhood experience with horses on her family farm equipped her to excel in this role.
Her time in Banff allowed Grace to fulfill her childhood dream of riding in the mountains, guiding guests through scenic landscapes, and forming lasting bonds with fellow seasonal workers from diverse backgrounds. Despite the transient nature of seasonal work leading to inevitable goodbyes, Grace cherishes the valuable lessons learned and the personal growth experienced.
