Throughout his career, Richard Osman has been known for his work in television and as a successful author. However, he is now focusing on a new project. Despite his fame from co-presenting “Pointless,” he has shifted more towards writing in recent years.

One of Osman’s novels, “The Thursday Murder Club,” was a hit in 2020 and was later adapted into a film featuring top actors like Dame Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan. Following the success of the film, Osman announced plans for a theater adaptation of the book in an interview with Candis magazine.

“The Thursday Murder Club” follows four retirees solving cold cases until they find themselves investigating a real murder. Osman’s latest book series, starting with “We Solve Murders,” was launched last year, with more books in the series in the works.

Before his writing career, Osman worked in television production on popular shows like “Deal or No Deal” and “8 Out of 10 Cats.” He gained further fame as the co-host of “Pointless” and currently hosts the successful BBC show “House of Games.”

Osman’s diverse career showcases his talent both on screen and on the page, with fans eagerly anticipating his upcoming projects.
