Greene King is introducing its inaugural loyalty rewards program for pubs, offering customers complimentary drinks and meals.

New patrons who install the Greene King Pubs and Restaurants app will gain access to a novel “Spin to Win” feature, where prizes range from a free beverage to a main course valued at up to £18.99.

Upon app registration, each new member receives one spin, with rewards redeemable at Greene King Pubs, Belhaven Pubs, Flaming Grill, Chef & Brewer, Farmhouse Inns, and Hungry Horse locations.

The Greene King app can be downloaded for free from your preferred app store.

A recent study by Greene King indicates that over 70% of Britons identify the cost of living as their primary worry, yet more than a quarter still view dining out as a cherished indulgence.

Kevin Hydes, Greene King’s Group Marketing Director, emphasized the company’s commitment to enhancing pub experiences and rewarding loyal customers. The Spin to Win initiative aims to provide new users with an extra treat and create memorable moments during their pub visits.

Earlier this year, Greene King celebrated the Guinness Six Nations Rugby tournament’s 25th anniversary by distributing free pints to customers. Although the offer, featuring Greene King IPA, Level Head, Flint Eye, Old Speckled Hen, and various non-alcoholic options, has concluded, it marked another successful promotion by the company.

Moreover, Greene King gave away 100,000 free pints as part of the “When It Rains, We Pour” campaign in April. Rain detectors in select Greene King pubs triggered the giveaway, making it the UK’s largest round of complimentary pints.

By leveraging rain sensors in London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, and Wallingford, Greene King executed a noteworthy promotional stunt to engage customers and drive footfall to its establishments.
