Nick Hogan, the son of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, has reportedly sought a restraining order against radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge Clem over the inclusion of his deceased father’s intimate video in Clem’s latest documentary titled “Video Killed The Radio Star.”

Nick, aged 35, in collaboration with Terry McCoy, a close confidant and overseer of Hulk’s estate, allegedly filed a temporary restraining order against Clem, aged 59, at the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial District in Pinellas County, Florida, on September 2, as per court records from PEOPLE magazine.

In a previous incident in 2012, Hulk had resolved a legal dispute with Clem by obtaining possession of the aforementioned video. Hulk subsequently registered the video with the U.S. copyright office to prevent its further dissemination, as detailed by the Tampa Bay Times.

The video in question depicts the late WWE star engaging in intimate activities with Heather Cole, Clem’s former spouse, captured through home security footage.

According to the petition for the restraining order, Nick and McCoy claim that Clem’s utilization of the video in the documentary constitutes an infringement on the estate’s copyrighted material.

The restraining order petition also contends that failure to restrain Clem from using any portion of the video, including in the documentary, would result in immediate and irreversible harm to the estate, as stated in court documents.

The court approved the restraining order on September 4, following the petition’s submission.

Hulk, whose real name was Terry Bollea, passed away at 71 in July. He was a prominent figure in wrestling during the 1980s, securing six WWE Championships and engaging in memorable matches with opponents like Andre the Giant and Randy Savage. Furthermore, Hulk ventured into media, appearing in films and TV shows.

Ric Flair, a close friend and former professional wrestler, expressed shock over Hulk’s passing, highlighting their longstanding camaraderie in the wrestling industry. Known for popularizing “Hulkamania” in the mid-1980s, Hulk Hogan’s distinct attributes included his muscular physique, trademark 24-inch arms, bright blond hair, and iconic handlebar mustache.
