Hulk Hogan, the WWE icon who passed away in July, has excluded his estranged daughter Brooke from his will, as per legal documents obtained by Us Weekly. The will, which had assets totaling just under $5 million, was amended four times. Brooke chose to remove herself as a beneficiary in 2023 to avoid potential financial disputes post her father’s demise.

The estate included $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, $200,000 in cryptocurrency, and an estimated $4 million worth of publicity rights. Notably, real estate assets were not detailed in the filed documents. Nick Hogan, Hulk’s son, is the sole beneficiary of the estate. Speculation suggests that the $11 million real estate value not listed in the court papers might be under a trust’s control.

Hulk Hogan, who died at 71 due to a heart attack, had a strained relationship with Brooke in his final years. Aside from the assets Brooke forfeited by opting out of the will, there could be additional value from a potential medical malpractice lawsuit related to a neck surgery that may have contributed to Hulk’s passing, being pursued by his widow, Melanie Sky Daily.

Nick Hogan has taken legal action regarding his father’s will and assets, aiming to prevent Todd Clem, known as Bubba The Love Sponge, from releasing a documentary centered on a 2012 scandal. This controversy involved a leaked sex tape featuring Hulk and Todd’s former wife, Heather Clem. Despite Nick’s lawsuit against Todd, a court ruling permitted the documentary release with certain edits.

Contrary to blaming Todd for the tape leak, Brooke confirmed that her father had not held Todd responsible. Brooke recalled that Hulk had acknowledged Todd’s innocence in leaking the tape back in 2012. This revelation sheds light on the complexity of their relationship.
