Lenovo has introduced a new competitor to challenge Apple’s dominance in the tablet market with the launch of the Tab Plus Gen 2 device. Sporting a 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision visuals, this tablet offers a visually impressive experience.
One unique feature of the Tab Plus Gen 2 is its large circular speaker powered by JBL technology, which not only enhances audio for entertainment purposes but also functions as a Bluetooth speaker with Dolby Atmos support for immersive sound. Additionally, the device comes equipped with a built-in kickstand that can rotate 360 degrees, allowing for versatile viewing angles in both landscape and portrait modes, as well as doubling as a convenient carry handle for easier portability.
Under the hood, the Tab Plus Gen 2 boasts a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, a sizable 10,200mAh battery with fast charging capabilities, and 128GB of storage expandable via an SD Card. Priced at £369 on the Lenovo website, this tablet offers a competitive alternative to Apple’s iPad lineup, which starts at £429, with the higher-end Air model priced at £749.
