An international manhunt for the suspected killer of two teenage girls has come to an end in London. Zulma Guzman Castro, a 54-year-old entrepreneur, is accused of using poisoned raspberries to end the lives of the girls. She was romantically involved with the father of one of the victims, despite her professional appearance on the show Shark Tank.

Castro has denied all allegations, dismissing them as mere rumors. However, after a dramatic standoff that led to her arrest in London, the families of the victims may finally receive some closure. The tragic incident occurred in Bogota, Colombia, where the girls, Ines de Bedout and Emilia Forero, were poisoned with thallium-laced raspberries, leading to their untimely deaths.

The case has been described as an act of revenge, stemming from a past affair between Castro and Ines’ father. Castro’s tumultuous personal life and questionable professional practices have come under scrutiny, with former employees speaking out about her behavior. Despite her denials, Castro’s involvement in the deaths of the girls continues to be investigated.

Following her arrest in the UK, Castro is facing extradition back to Colombia to stand trial for the alleged crimes. Authorities have emphasized the importance of due process and maintaining the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. The case has garnered significant attention worldwide, highlighting the tragic consequences of personal vendettas taken to extreme lengths.
