After a series of scandals tarnishing the monarchy, Prince Andrew, once known as the Queen’s favorite son, had to give up his titles following discussions with the monarch and the future king. Recent revelations contradicting his claims about his relationship with Epstein and allegations of ties to Chinese spies led to his downfall.
The final blow came as prosecutors in the United States examined incriminating emails and with impending claims in his accuser’s memoir. Despite denying the allegations, the cloud over Andrew darkened with his accuser’s death earlier this year.
